1) The guide will arrange the time to stay at each attraction on tour, according to the traffic and weather conditions. We cannot confirm how much time you will stay at Grand Canyon North Rim now, please check with the guide regarding the time arrangement at each attraction on tour, because s/he will be responsible for the itinerary arrangement on tour.
2) No, this tour does not offer the option to Grand Canyon South Rim.
3) If you would like to change the Grand Canyon tour to Las Vegas free day, please leave us a message in the comments section to allow us to arrange in advance. The free buffet lunches are not applicable for those customers who give up the tour to Grand Canyon and stay in Las Vegas instead. Meanwhile, additional fees will be incurred for those guests who change the Grand Canyon tour to Las Vegas free day.

I am traveling from PR. If I want to start the trip on Sunday 14, but I will arrive to Los Angeles on Saturday, will you pick me up at the airport a day before? And after the end of the trip, I will go back home the day after, can you make me the arrangement for the hotel to extend a day before and a day after of the trips starts and ends? What airport am I suppose to arrive? If this a good trip for a child of 6 years old?

We will be able to assist you with pre and post tour hotel extension arrangement. When you make the reservation, you need to note us in the "comment" section regarding the hotel extensions, we will recommend and quote accordingly. For the airport pickup service the day prior to the tour start day, a service fee may be required. Our Bus Department will quote based on your tour and flight information.
We only offer airport transfer service at LAX. Therefore, please arrange your flights in and out from LAX.
This tour package is one of the most popular family vacation tour packages we offer. If you wish to bring along a child, please make sure him/her stay away from the Las Vegas casino areas.

wanted to make sure before I book this trip that we'll come back from the trip at 9:00 pm, because I have a flight to catch at 12:45 am. So is it safe to book friday 14th and my flight is on saturday 15th at 12:45 am?

Yes, this tour will be back in Las Vegas around 9:00pm, depending on the traffic conditions. We will drop off customers back to the pickup hotels. It should be okay to catch your flight at 12:45am.
We pickup from the major hotels in Las Vegas. Please include your hotel name and address in the comments section when you book the tour online. We will double check and confirm the pickup details for you with the bus department.

my question is that
Day 2 has a tour to grand canyon
and day 3 is free day in las vegas (with tour options available to grand canyon etc)
so if make the day 2 tour to grand canyon and take the day 3 fee day and don't take any of the options available for the same day, will we get the free buffet?

For the tour 2-4574, there is no free buffet is arranged for day 3. Regardless what your chosen option for day 3, you will be responsible for your meals on the day.
The mentioned message is a general message and it does not 100% apply to this specific tour package. Once you are on tour, your tour guide will confirm the free buffet arrangement with you.
